Official wedding schedule
Before the official schedule begins…
The official wedding schedule begins September 4th. On the days leading up to it, consider extending your stay so you can enjoy the beautiful Nevada City area. Sarah and Brian will have limited availability before September 4th, but will do their best to hang out with whoever’s in town whenever possible. Then, beginning September 4th, let the official party begin!

Thursday, September 4
All day and night: Yuba River, hiking, and in-town adventures (more details to come)
Friday, September 5
10 AM – 3 PM: Official river day (more details to come)
5 PM – 6 PM (wedding party only): Wedding rehearsal at Miners Foundry: 325 Spring St., Nevada City
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM (wedding party only): Rehearsal dinner at BrewHaus: 300 Spring St., Nevada City
9 PM – 10 PM: Night cap in downtown Nevada City (more details to come)
Saturday, September 6
3 PM – 3:30 PM: Wedding guests welcome to begin arriving at Miners Foundry: 325 Spring St., Nevada City
3:30 PM – 4:15 PM: Wedding ceremony
4:15 PM – 11 PM: Reception dinner and after-party featuring local Nevada City bluegrass phenoms Caltucky! Listen to their new single “Self Conscious Mind”
11 PM – TBD: Downtown bar crawl in Nevada City
*For the wedding, we suggest dressy casual attire in earth tones to complement the rustic farmhouse vibe. For this time of year in Nevada City, we recommend lightweight, breathable clothing, but remember to bring a warm layer to prepare for the mountain chill after the sun goes down.
